Swimming Practice Schedule at Oreland Swim Club 
(Updated Swim Practices as of June 15)

• Practice from 6/15 – end of season
  • 7:30 - 9:30 AM - HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL
  • 9:30 - 10:30 AM - 10 YOs and 12 YOs
  • 10:30 AM - 11:20 AM - 8 AND UNDER

NOTE: Schedule Subject to change. Coaches may move your child to a different practice time.

 Diving Practice Schedule June 15 to end of season

• Monday-Thursday: 9-10 AM or 10-11 AM
• Friday: 10-11 AM or 11 AM-12 PM

CSL Meet Schedule

For Saturday meets, Diving warm-up is 7AM and diving begins at 8:00 AM, swimming warm up begins at 9 AM meet begins 9:30 AM.

For weeknight meets Diving warm-up begins at 4 PM, meets starts at 5 PM, swimming warm up begins at 6 PM and meet starts at 6:30 PM.

Springfield Cup – Thursday June 18 - 6 PM at NHCC
CJ Martin - Thursday July 9 - at Maple Manor
 

Important Dates

• June 11 and June 16
  NEW Stroke and Turn Clinics
  • Thursday, June 11th - at William Tennent High School from 7-8:30. There will be signs posted.
  • Tuesday, June 16th - at Maple Manor Swimming Club from 7-8:30. These are required by CSL for parent S&T judges.
     
• Tuesday, June 30
  Team Pictures at OSC, 9:00 AM (Order forms and CHECKS must be filled out)
   
• Monday, July 20
  Team Awards: Each family to bring desert and soda/juice
  5:00 PM – 7:00 PM TEAM ONLY Party (parents drop off children)
  7:00 PM Awards Ceremony. Parents return.
