2026 Membership Registration Instructions

 

1. Click on link: https://app.amilia.com/store/en/orelandswimclub/shop

 

1. Create an account choosing a username (email address) and password. Create only one account per membership (one account per family). Verify the account.

 

1. Once verified, use the store link to access membership registration. Accept the terms on “share my account” - please note that OCS will not keep payment information on file or share any data. It is strictly for the use of membership.

 

1. Choose the appropriate membership level to meet your needs. Descriptions for each are listed. All rates include membership dues and processing fees.

 

1. If you have chosen a “bonded” membership level, you will be prompted to choose “Already Own a Bond” or “Purchase Bond” upon checkout.

 

1. If you are a new member and would like to purchase a “Bonded” membership, you may read a description of a bond and the terms and conditions under the Merchandise tab, click Bond.

 

1. Add the name and birthdate for each family member that will be on your membership. To adjust the birthdate, click the calendar icon and then click the year. Click the year again and you will be able to search more quickly.

 

1. Once all necessary family members are registered, click the blue “+” sign next to each name. A green check mark will appear. Add to cart.

 

1. If you would like to purchase a 10-pass guest pass for the price of 9 ($90), click on the Multipass tab. Add it to the cart. When you bring a guest, it will be automatically deducted from your online SmartRec account. Multipasses are only available for members and a member must accompany all guests.

 

1. Checkout via the cart choosing either credit card or ACH (if using ACH, please enter account number and routing number accurately. All bounced transactions will incur a $25 penalty to be paid by the member). All processing fees are included in the posted rates. You will receive a receipt by email.
